HRIS Systems Analyst - HRIS, iTrent / Zellis

Our client is a leading UK health/social care services provider, rapidly expanding, with a reputation for innovation and excellence, and a strong values-driven culture. They urgently require a talented, dynamic HRIS Systems Analyst to help deliver a key programme to modernise their core HR & Finance systems.

To be considered, you will have/be:
  • Experience with similar HRIS platform systems (MHR iTrent, Zellis, ICIMS, Smart Recruiters)
  • Experience in system configuration, i.e., able to configure multiple modules (e.g., core HR, Payroll, ATS)
  • Requirements gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
  • Gap analysis: identifying gaps between current processes and system capabilities
  • Advising on improvements to HR processes with automation & system features
  • Data management: data mapping, cleansing, validating, and migration between systems
  • Report and analytics production
  • Testing: writing test scripts, conducting UAT
  • System documentation: producing clear documentation (e.g., requirements, user guides, process documents)
  • Training and support: assisting in the production of training guides and supporting end users in system use
