Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Finance and Corporate Technology, you will take the lead in delivering transformation projects within the People/Human Resource function and support the operation of its technology applications.

The core of the People technology estate is built around Workday Enterprise Management Cloud, supplemented by a number of best-in-breed point solutions providing capabilities such as Recruitment, Benefits, and Talent Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both the hands-on operation of these products and ensuring their capabilities support the People function's automation efforts and compliance with evolving regulations.

What you will be doing
  1. Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot core People systems including ERP, Recruitment, and Talent tools;
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps, and requirements;
  3. Develop and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers;
  4. Define and execute testing procedures, develop test cases for quality assurance;
  5. Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and system performance;
About you

Candidates should have experience in areas such as:

  • Configuring and optimizing Workday HCM modules like Absence Management, Time Tracking, Core HCM, Talent Management, and Security;
  • Report writing within Workday HCM and Power BI;
  • Experience in a People function with successful change management;
  • Knowledge of Human Resource process design and best practices;
  • Interest in technology-enabled HR transformation programs;
  • Leadership experience through significant change.
