Position: HRIS Specialist

Location: Manchester (With Hybrid Working Available)

Salary Guide: £45,000 - £50,000 Plus Excellent Benefits Package

Our client is a leading Engineering Contractor which operates throughout the UK delivering projects within the water sector. They have a new opportunity for an HRIS Specialist for their Head Office near Manchester with hybrid working available.

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and support HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the HRIS and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
2. Provide support and training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
3. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
4. Collaborate with IT to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
5. Assist in the development of HRIS policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
