We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic HRIS HR Lead to join our IT team on a fixed term contract basis. Flexible/Hybrid working available.

The role of HR Lead in the HRIS project will be responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors, working closely with the organisation's implementation partner. This role has a key position within the Tarmac project team.

As the HR lead, you'll be an experienced SuccessFactors functional consultant or a Senior HR Manager with experience of implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruitment, and Onboarding. You'll have a passion for creating people solutions and a strong desire and commitment for the delivery of customer satisfaction. This role will be key in identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes within organisational guidelines.

Main responsibilities

In this role you'll:

  • Implement Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions with precision and timeliness.
  • Be responsible for managing the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding workstream.
  • Collaborate with the wider Tarmac Implementation Teams and our integration partner to ensure a seamless move to SuccessFactors.
  • Define, document, and optimise the HR processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's HR policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR and business teams to capture HR-related requirements to assist with ensuring they are accurately configured.
  • Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR functions to verify that Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding is fit for purpose.
  • Be responsible for data migration and cutover activities.
  • Support integrations and interfaces.
  • Identify and address any issues in the implementation, maintaining a commitment to delivering a high-quality solution.
  • Develop and refine business processes in alignment with needs.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to exceed growth targets.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of fully implemented HR modules to the Operations team.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • Extensive functional experience of deploying end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions.
  • In-depth expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions delivery lifecycles, including hands-on experience from design to go live.
  • Knowledge of UK-specific HR laws and regulations.
  • An understanding of integrations and interfaces into HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple HR systems and platforms.
  • Demonstrated abilities and/or a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Developed collaboration skills, ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A drive to succeed in challenging situations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Curiosity with the ability to identify system and process improvements and deliver the required changes to implement them successfully.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

  • The ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes within the organisational processes.
