HRIS People Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid (2 days office (Bicester), 3 days remote)
Salary: £50,000 + Fantastic Benefits
Type: Permanent | Full-Time

The Opportunity

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an HRIS People Systems Analyst to join a prestigious global organisation. This role offers a hybrid working model—combining remote flexibility with on-site collaboration.

As the HRIS People Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimisation of the company’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). You'll ensure systems are aligned with evolving business needs and support global People teams in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, UKG Workforce Dimensions)
  • Evaluate user needs to ensure system functionality aligns with business processes
  • Coordinate system updates, new module rollouts, and user adoption
  • Provide first-line support for People Services and internal users
  • Ensure compliance with data security and access protocols
  • Deliver training and drive engagement across the global user base
  • Support internal reporting needs for the People team and wider business
  • Collaborate with People teams globally to support business growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on HR Tool Support / platforms / systems experience is essential– UKG experience is highly preferred ( can be taught if required ) but all HR platforms and systems will be consdiered, such as SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Workable etc.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and HR processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid system configuration experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Meticulous time management, task prioritisation, and documentation
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Fluent in English; fluency in another European language is a plus.
