Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a HRIS, Payroll & Insights Specialist to be based in London, UK.

As our HRIS, Payroll and Insights Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our People team owning our People systems, keeping our data clean and reliable and delivering insights that help the business make smarter decisions. You’re someone who loves structure, spots the story in the numbers, and is always looking for ways to make things work better.

Job Responsibilities
  • HRIS Management: Manage and maintain our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and updates. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and HQ on upgrades. Serve as the point of contact for HRIS queries and support within the People Team.
  • Data Integrity & Process Improvement: Conduct regular data audits, identify and resolve inconsistencies, and define best practices for data management. Seek continuous improvement in system usage, automation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data and ensure clarity and usefulness of insights.
  • Benefits Administration: Input benefits data into payroll monthly, coordinate with Benefits and Payroll Manager for reporting, and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable handling large datasets
  • Curious mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for translating data into insights
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Bonus: experience with system implementations or upgrades
