HRIS Manager – Dayforce

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + package

The Opportunity

Focus on DF is recruiting on behalf of a close client for an experienced HRIS Manager with previous Dayforce experience. This role is hands-on, involves system ownership, and is suited for someone with deep Dayforce expertise who wants to lead multiple projects.

You will join a stable and mature Dayforce environment — fully live across core modules — with exciting projects and ongoing development. Internal buy-in is secured, and there is a zero-workaround culture, offering a unique chance to shape HR tech in a progressive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the Dayforce platform (Payroll, HR, Time, and more).
• Deliver new Dayforce projects and support system enhancements.
• Act as the internal expert and first point of contact for queries.
• Maintain configuration, reporting, and governance.
• Ensure knowledge transfer from the current system owner.
