Job SummaryThe SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company’s HCM platform. This role oversees the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of various SAP SF modules to support business objectives and enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate will bridge functional HR needs with system capabilities, ensure data integrity, and lead projects that improve HR service delivery.
