About the role
We are looking for an experienced HRIS & HR Project Lead to support in developing robust ways of working in SAP SuccessFactors and lead critical people-focused projects across our business. This role blends HR systems expertise, business acumen, and project leadership to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making at scale.
As a HRIS & HR Project Lead – 12 Month FTC you will
SuccessFactors System Management
- Lead our HRIS and reporting team to support in establishing ways of working in Core HR, onboarding and time-off (Success Factors).
- Act as the key point of contact between HR, and our supporting technology teams both in London and in Barcelona.
- Ensure system configurations align with business needs, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Triage issues and test fixes.
- Monitor data quality and ensure governance across all modules.
- Provide training and ongoing support for end-users across corporate and retail locations.
- Partner with our parent company to define clear operating and support models including new ways of working in Success Factors.
Project Management
- Ability to lead on systems and process improvement projects end-to-end—from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution and rollout.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, People Services, Payroll, and business functions to ensure seamless implementation of systems and process changes.
- Drive change management, training, and communication strategies to support high adoption rates.
- Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and outcomes, reporting regularly to the People Leadership Team.
Analytics & Reporting
- Design and deliver accurate and insightful reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
- Leverage system data to provide business intelligence on workforce trends, compliance, and process efficiency.

About you
- Extensive experience of working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong project management skills - PMP certification or Agile/Lean knowledge a plus.
- Experience leading HRIS projects in a retail or multi-site business environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable translating technical system functionality into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of working within a People team desirable.
- Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll/time systems (e.g., RotaGeek).
- Retail industry experience with frontline workforce processes (e.g., scheduling, onboarding, performance management).
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices in HR systems.
