Your New Role

As the Business Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind the SAP SuccessFactors project. You'll work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to uncover business needs and transform them into actionable functional specifications. You will bring expertise in understanding current and future state processes, analysing existing workflows, and pinpoint areas ripe for improvement. Your expertise will help align the processes with the cutting-edge capabilities of SuccessFactors. Collaborate with a diverse team of employees, IT pros, and SMEs to define and document system requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend innovative solutions. Plus, you'll play a key role in testing and validating the HRIS, ensuring it meets top-notch standards and industry regulations.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Valid working rights in Australia, no sponsorship option available.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong background in gathering, documenting, and managing user requirements.
• Exceptional skills in customer interaction and engagement.
• Previous experience in managing HRIS projects, with a preference for SAP SuccessFactors.
