Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of new or existing PX systems, including deploying new or existing functionality to support Allvue’s PX strategy.
- Collaborate with PX, Finance, and IT teams to evaluate existing configuration, including integrations, and identify system improvements / enhancements. Proactively recommend and implement solutions or propose alternatives. Develop project and communication plan to design, test, and deploy configuration changes.
- Serve as the key liaison between PX, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Create and maintain out of the box and custom fields (data tables), dashboards, standard or ad-hoc reports, and integrations.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation and provide end-user training and support.
- Build PX analytics practice by creating meaningful analytics for leadership with the goal of driving data-based decision making.
- Partner closely with PXBPs and Finance team to deliver analytics to the business.
- Utilize existing technology to automate and provide real-time data and analytics where possible.
- Partner with Identity Management team to configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML for the PX tech stack.
- Growth opportunities in the People Operations and Total Rewards space are available after mastering the aforementioned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years as an HR/PX tech and analytics subject matter expert.
- Deep expertise with HR/PX systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now, and ideally, iCIMS, Learning Management Systems, and employee survey tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to independently develop project plans and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Curiosity to understand root causes and propose sustainable solutions, with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to be a strong business partner and cross-functional collaborator in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with working with APIs and integrating HR systems into the corporate applications landscape.
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with data querying and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Lucidchart.
