HRIS Analyst

  • Permanent
  • Up to £45,000
  • Office Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week

Oakleaf is currently partnering with an international Law firm in search of an experienced HRIS Analyst to be responsible for the continuous maintenance and support for the HR system and reporting. Managing employee data, building reports, and providing technical support to HR staff and employees.

The HRIS Assistant role:

  • Take ownership of HR system processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS.
  • Generate reports and analyse HR data to support key decision making.
  • Provide technical system support.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data, in line with GDPR.
  • Stay up to date with HRIS best practice and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with configuration and testing of the system.
  • Create excel templates from scratch to support key processes such as annual salary review.
  • Provide data for compensation and salary surveys.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working at HRIS Analyst level essential.
  • Strong HR data and reporting experience.
  • Confidence to take ownership of system processes and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced excel skills (Report building, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables)
  • A team player who is comfortable with asking questions and seeking information.
