The Role

As HRIS Analyst, you ll be the heartbeat of HR technology across EMEA. You ll make sure data tells the right story, reports drive real decisions, and systems evolve to keep pace with a world-class business.

From optimising processes to training regional teams, this is a high-profile role where your expertise will directly shape how the company leverages its people data on a global scale.

What You ll Do

  • Own HRIS data accuracy, compliance, and integrity
  • Build powerful dashboards, reports, and audit tools for leaders
  • Configure, upgrade, and enhance systems to keep them best-in-class
  • Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders across EMEA
  • Train, support, and empower HR teams to use systems effectively
  • Lead continuous process improvement projects
  • Safeguard compliance with GDPR, UK Data Privacy, and audit standards

What You Bring

  • 3+ years HRIS experience, with a proven ability to solve problems and deliver impact
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (UKG exposure a big plus)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data storytelling
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, core HR, talent, performance, and compensation
  • Excellent grasp of GDPR and data privacy
  • Brilliant communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders at every level
  • International/EMEA HRIS experience highly desirable
