Role Overview

Support JD.com Industrials' business by implementing HR strategies and building effective teams. Identify organizational issues and provide HR solutions in recruitment, training, and employee relations. Foster a strong culture to drive business growth. Requires a bachelor’s degree, strong business sense, and 10+ years of HR experience.

Job Description:

1. Support JD.com Industrials' related businesses, deeply understand the business and team operations, grasp the business strategy, and promote the effective implementation of HR strategy in business departments.

2. Responsible for building teams within the business department, utilizing effective methods to meet demands, designing staff growth paths and development programs based on the existing team situation, effectively formulating and implementing talent development plans, and following up on implementation.

3. Identify organizational and team issues, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide comprehensive solutions for the business team including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, and drive the implementation of solutions.

4. Assist in fostering organizational and team culture, promoting the development of company culture, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English and the local , with 5 years or more of HR work experience; ability to deeply understand the business, with a strong business sense.

2. Understanding of basic HR modules and experience in at least one module such as Talent Development (TD), Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Culture (OC), Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

3. Familiarity with relevant HR policies, laws, and regulations.

4. Self-driven, strong analytical skills, conscientious, and approachable.
