The HR Business Partner Team, within the People Team at the NBA, is responsible for providing direct HR support across all US business units to drive the attraction and retention of the talent needed to fulfill the organization's priorities and objectives. Services provided include consultation and support for business leaders to ensure that business needs are met through the coordination of HR services including Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Compensation, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations, TeamHR, Communications, and employee engagement.
The HRBP Operations Analyst provides day-to-day operational and transactional support to the HR Business Partner team, who serve as consultants to management on human resource-related issues.
