The HR Business Partner Role

The HR Business Partner is responsible for overseeing all human resources operations within the region, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management, and be capable of acting as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

Job Functions
  1. Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and regional managers, providing support for employee-related matters.
  2. Manage key HR processes such as headcount planning, cost analysis, performance reviews, OKRs, acting as a consultant rather than just a coach, challenging senior managers when necessary.
  3. Conduct monthly analysis of HR trends and metrics for the area.
  4. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  5. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  6. Provide HR policy guidance and support organizational structure changes and strategy development.
  7. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  8. Evaluate local talent skills to define succession plans and training needs for teams and individuals, in collaboration with the L&D Manager.
  9. Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  10. Suggest and implement new HR strategies.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related field, with a proven track record of strategic decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including performance management, HR operations, training & development, and organizational structure management. Knowledge of local labor legislation is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior levels and project management capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR metrics; proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Soft skills: assertiveness, analytical thinking, goal orientation, empathy, conflict resolution, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional European languages are a plus.
