HR Business Partner

Manufacturing (Global Industry Disruptor)

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer based in Belfast, wishing to appoint a HR Business Partner (Senior People Generalist) to their growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering closely with the Head of People and the wider team, you will bring your expertise in best practice people solutions, ensuring that people processes align seamlessly with business objectives, while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous development.
  • Enhancing employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and performance management, while also serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike.
The Successful Person
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources or an equivalent degree
  • Level 5 CIPD Qualified.
  • 4+ years' experience as a People Generalist.
  • In the absence of a degree 6 years' experience in a People Generalist role.
