Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources professional at The Tann Mann Gaadi. The HR responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing volunteer benefits, personnel management, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee/volunteer benefits and personnel management
- Strong understanding of HR regulations
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Wellness Technology or Fashion Technology space would be advantageous.

Open to students and working professionals.
No travel required.
Use your own computer with internet and a phone with WhatsApp.
There is no salary or stipend; this is a voluntary position.
Outstanding performers may receive rewards.
Contribute a few hours daily.
An experience letter will be provided after at least 2 months of contribution.
