About The Job

SYNERGEN Health is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our growing HR team. Successful candidates will contribute to the development and implementation of various HR strategies in recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement activities, HRIS, training and development, and HR operations.

We currently have several HR openings, with allocations based on the experience and qualifications of candidates. Once assigned, a suitable job title and compensation package will be offered.

  • Minimum of 5 years' in-depth experience in HRM, covering key functional areas such as Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Engagement, and Learning & Development.
  • Working hours are from 2 pm to 11 pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a later shift if preferred. Transport is provided at the end of the shift. The work schedule aligns with the US Holiday Calendar.
