HR Administrator TUPE & Acquisition Associate

Location: Bristol - Full Time - Fixed Term 6 Month Contract

We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team, focusing on accurate processing of TUPE employee administration data. The role involves managing and resolving TUPE queries via phone and email for both TUPE in and TUPE out processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily checks on TUPE IN workloads, ensuring accurate and timely employee data processing in line with implementation targets.
  2. Collaborate with divisions within MITIE (e.g., Managers, Change Partners, Benefits, and Pension Teams) to ensure successful transfers.
  3. Resolve issues related to transferring employee data promptly to ensure correct and timely employee payments.
  4. Provide efficient support for all TUPE queries within the team.
  5. Verify data reports related to TUPE OUT processes.
  6. Liaise with managers to facilitate employee leavers.
  7. Coordinate with payroll regarding ongoing deductions for transferring employees.
  8. Deliver high-quality support to all divisions and external clients.
  9. Ensure all TUPE reports are completed and distributed accurately and on schedule.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Experience in an HR administration role is preferred; training will be provided.
  2. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  5. Payroll administration knowledge is advantageous; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
