If you hold DV security clearance and have a passion for making a significant impact on national security, this opportunity is for you. We are expanding our consulting teams across various locations and are looking for top talent to contribute to complex and ambitious programmes.

As a People Transformation Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to:

• Solve complex issues for clients by performing in-depth analysis and providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support major transformation projects.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and participating in industry teams.
• Develop and lead work plans for client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives.
• Lead components of end-to-end transformation activities, adapting to diverse programme contexts.

We are looking for consultants with deep skills in one or more of the following areas:

• Lead change initiatives, including visioning, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
• Develop and implement training and change capability programmes.
• Manage organisational structure transitions and user onboarding processes.

• Develop strategic design principles and detailed organisation structures.
• Assess workforce capabilities and design operating models for implementation.

• Drive high-impact people analytics to improve performance outcomes.
• Develop and implement leadership strategies and training programmes.
• Facilitate leadership design sessions and coaching development rooted in proven methodologies.
• Proven ability to apply sector and technical expertise in high-pressure, time-critical situations.
