Your new company

You will be working for a Global Advertising Company based in Central London, who are leading the way in their market, by driving performance-based advertising solutions. This company operates throughout EMEA, APAC, LATAM and North America, making this an exciting global opportunity.

Your new role

You will be working alongside the HR International TotalRewards Team, supporting their Global Reward Programme, assisting with all aspects of the Total Rewards Framework; compensation structures, short and long-term incentive programs.

You will be responsible for

You will be responsible for the implementation and management of the Rewards framework, compensation structures and LTIP. You will collate and analyse data from the HR system and other sources to create reports assessing the reward programs, trends and uptake. You will work with internal and external business partners and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Partnering with other teams to create and maintain reward data; assisting in international Total Rewards initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be experienced in HR Total Rewards, Benefits & Compensation. You will have extensive knowledge of all Reward & Compensation practices, within a Global Matrix Organisation. You will be knowledgeable in employee benefits, with experience in alignment and harmonisation across multiple countries. You will be numerically skilled and have proficient technical ability, with advanced excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables). You will be experienced in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Modules. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams. You will be an organised, detail-oriented negotiator who can prioritise effectively and work well under pressure.

What you'll get in return

You will be entitled to a base salary from £60,000 p/a as well as a range of other benefits such as bonus and private healthcare. You will work in Central London with a flexible and hybrid working policy.
