A leading port authority in the UK is seeking an HR Team Assistant to provide administrative support essential to the HR function. The successful candidate will handle HR documentation, assist with recruitment processes, and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data. This role offers an opportunity to develop HR experience in a supportive environment. Benefits include 28 days of annual leave and a generous pension.

Grade: 10
Salary: £31,192 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week
Base: Gravesend, Kent
Closing date: 10th August 2025
Interview date: First stage interviews (via Teams) to be held on 19th August
Second stage interviews (F2F) to be held on 27th August
