Job description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR / Talent Advisor to join a luxury beauty company based in lovely offices in London. The successful person will support the management of all aspects of the Company’s HR function; providing guidance, creating solutions and initiatives to help the business achieve its goals. The scope of this role covers the complete employee lifecycle, being involved in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, operational activities and cyclical processes.

Duties will include ( but are not limited to):

  • Ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Be able to negotiate and transact with third party service providers
  • Ensure compliance of personnel file contents
  • Guide and support individuals and managers in their use of PeopleHR and in all HR transactions
  • Work proactively to streamline administration and online processes to enhance ways of working
  • Administer the benefits package
  • Support the business with all recruitment
  • Maintain a preferred supplier list with agencies
  • Support the candidates’ journey from application through to successful induction to the business
  • Payroll Administration and Submission
  • Support with ER cases
  • Support and work with Heads of Department to facilitate the annual performance review process

This is a busy and varied role that will suit someone with talent experience looking to move into a mixed HR & Talent role or someone who loves the variety and being involved in all areas. You will possess excellent attention to detail and be a true people person who will develop collaborative relationships across the business, being a people champion.
