Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our HR Technology team. This role involves developing, managing, and optimizing reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors to support data-driven HR decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into insightful reporting solutions.

This position offers the chance to contribute to our HR transformation initiatives, creating a more engaging employee experience aligned with our mission to be the most trusted and sustainable partner in the sky. The role is primarily remote, with expected travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
  • Create and manage reports across SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Train HR users on report access and usage.
  • Support audit and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor HR metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on new SuccessFactors reporting features and best practices.
  • Standardize reporting processes and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools: Ad Hoc Reporting, Advanced Reporting, People Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR data and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
  • SuccessFactors certification(s).
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
  • Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Understanding of data privacy and HR compliance.
