Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Compensation.
  • Experience in global compensation planning and localization.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification.

How You'll Contribute

The HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Configure, maintain, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including business rules, guidelines, templates, and eligibility criteria
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and the compensation team to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Manage annual compensation planning cycles, including salary, bonus, and equity processes
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the Compensation module
  • Perform regular system audits and data validations to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Lead testing efforts for system updates, enhancements, and new functionality
  • Document system processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Partner with the SAP SuccessFactors team and/or vendors for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Deliver user training, develop training materials, and support end-user adoption
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency

What You'll Bring

To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications, and attributes:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 years specifically in the Compensation module
  • Strong understanding of compensation planning concepts, guidelines, and cycles
  • Experience with configuration of Compensation templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules
  • Familiarity with integration points between Compensation and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification
  • Experience with global compensation planning and localization requirements
  • Exposure to Employee Central and other modules such as Performance & Goals or Variable Pay
  • Experience in a multinational or enterprise-scale environment
