Job description

SIL Eurasia has a critical need for someone with a background in office practices, procedures and computer use / data entry to remotely assist the HR Services Manager. This role supports many language teams throughout Eurasia by inputting and maintaining live data, relevant to the life cycle of staff, into the HR database. Your contribution will provide vital support to HR and the administration. This is a part-time remote role, 1 day a week.

Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the HR Services Manager
  • Recording staff and other information in our HR database
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Preparing reports as needed

Qualifications :

  • To serve in this role you will need to hold Christian values and be an Australian citizen or PR
  • Good office skills
  • Spiritually resilient, skilled at work / life balance, especially when on one’s own
  • Service-oriented, focused on networking, training, and letting others try
  • Comfortable in multi-cultural team settings, virtual and face-to-face

Language and Culture Training :

Orientation workshops will be provided, held at our National Centre in Kangaroo Ground, Victoria. Some type of language and culture training course may also be helpful.
