Are you an experienced HR Systems Project Manager ready to take the lead on global technology initiatives? We’re looking for a talented and driven Global People Technology Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in delivering innovative, people-focused solutions on a global scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead the successful delivery of Oracle HCM and other HR technology implementation and enhancement projects
• Manage full project lifecycles—planning, delivery, training, change and release management
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business teams
• Develop and manage robust project plans, timelines, testing and deployment strategies
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement through effective change management
• Ensure clear communication and status reporting to internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Experience of Project Management working with HR technology and SaaS project management experience; preferable Oracle, alternatively Workday, SAP
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional global projects
• Strong grasp of HR best practices and people technology process design
• Expertise in project tools such as Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, MS Project
• Ability to summarise complex project content to key information
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and global teams
• Hospitality industry expertise beneficial
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, motivate, and drive outcomes
