Join a leading financial services client as an HR Systems Manager in London. You'll oversee Hibob HRIS implementation, manage system integrations, and develop analytics to support HR functions. I am thrilled to be the exclusive partner in recruiting an HR Systems Manager on a permanent contract for a financial services client in London. My client is an outstanding firm with an exciting HR technology roadmap ahead of them. This role will focus primarily on Hibob HRIS implementation and maintenance, with an essential requirement of API integrations across Hibob and satellite systems, tying in and connecting the bridge across the core Hibob HRIS and the LMS, performance system, shares platforms, and ATS. This is a true standalone position working for a global organisation with a fantastic culture and HR team.
Key Responsibilities
The role offers a competitive package of up to £85,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + bonus and benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
