Position Overview: HR Systems and Data Manager
At CWA, we are seeking an HR Systems and Data Manager to lead the optimisation, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology and data analytics across our alliance. You will play a critical role in ensuring our HR systems are efficient, user-friendly, and strategically aligned with workforce needs, while driving data-informed decision-making throughout the organisation.
You will have the opportunity to work as part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) as part of our efforts to support the development of Sizewell C-a revolutionary 3.2-gigawatt power station dedicated to generating low-carbon electricity for 6 million homes. Sizewell C is not only pivotal to our energy future but promises reliable, clean electricity for at least the next 60 years.
