St Margaret’s Hospice Care is seeking an experienced HR Systems and Data Lead to maximise the value of HR technology, workforce data and digital processes. This role supports an exceptional employee experience and high‑quality patient care, while collaborating across the organisation to identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
You will lead HR systems development, governance and reporting, partnering with teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

After completing induction, the majority of this role can be undertaken from home, with office attendance generally limited to one or two days per month.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining systems expertise, data insight and process improvement to deliver meaningful organisational impact.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we use people systems and workforce information to support informed decision‑making, service improvement and a just and compassionate approach to people management.
As our HR Systems and Data Lead, you’ll lead the development and optimisation of HR systems, workforce reporting and people analytics. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation and provide meaningful workforce insights.
While this is a systems and data‑focused role, success will depend on your ability to understand HR operations, employee processes and organisational priorities, ensuring technology solutions are practical, people‑centred and add real value.
