Job Description:

Highly successful law firm based at St. Paul’s is keen to recruit an experienced HR Systems Analyst, with experience of SAP/SuccessFactors.

The main purpose of the role is to maintain the firm's HRIS, focusing on ensuring the system is working as effectively as possible, developing technical efficiency and supporting enhancements and integrations.

It reports into the HR Operations, MI & Systems Manager, and the team works harmoniously with the strategic lens necessary to deliver the Human Resource strategy, ensuring a high standard of service to the firm and developing the professional reputation of the department.

Requirements:

  1. Sound understanding of HR Systems processes and functionality, ideally in an HRIS role previously.
  2. Ideally System Admin SFX Accreditation as well as sound knowledge of EC, PMGM and Reporting modules.
  3. Previous experience of working with SAP/Success Factors, ideally with a sound understanding of ECP and GUI.
  4. An appreciation of the importance of people systems and the need to strive to be better in every aspect of our service delivery.
  5. Understanding of data protection regulations e.g. GDPR.
