A leading technology company is seeking an HR Systems Analyst for a 6-month FTC role, focusing on the iTrent HR and Payroll System. Role:
The role is for an HR System expert within the HR Systems Data team, joining two teams working closely together. iTrent went live in 2024. The role is to boost resources and assist in the delivery of the remaining go-live areas. A work plan is in place to be completed by March 26.
Spec:
The HR Systems and Data Team are responsible for the application support and development of the new iTrent HR and Payroll System, enabling customers to make full use of the applications.
The successful candidate will be an HR System expert, capable of providing leadership and technical advice on HR applications to customers, maximizing system productivity and performance, and ensuring the most effective and efficient use of the systems.
They will lead troubleshooting of system problems and customer inquiries, following agreed procedures for system and incident management, including documenting actions and outcomes.
They will develop reports using varied report-writing or data extraction tools.
They will be responsible for supporting key system interfaces.
Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Substantial experience with the development and support of iTrent HR applications, particularly in the technical configuration and management of Payroll and Core HR modules.
Advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to handle and analyze large quantities of data.
Proven business analysis experience, including process mapping and requirements definition. Experience in leading database administration and understanding data management.
Excellent problem-solving skills in technical and service delivery environments, using logic, knowledge, and sound processes to analyze information and find solutions.
Considerable proven experience in managing competing customer support and project priorities, collaborating with colleagues to meet targets.
