Up to £65,000 + Benefits

This is a fantastic HR Systems Administrator opportunity to work with a UK-based engineering services organisation, to drive the ongoing development and optimisation of key HR systems across the business.

The HR Systems Administrator is an onsite working role, based in London, UK, with some flexibility to work remotely.

As an HR Systems Administrator, you will provide a critical role in delivering administration, integration, and optimisation services for key HR systems. Excellent knowledge of HR platforms such as Workday and UKG (Kronos) is essential as HR Systems Administrator, as well as experience in developing innovative creative forms, workflow creation, and administering user groups. A sound understanding of HR operations and processes, and prior HR systems experience is crucial as HR Systems Administrator. The HR Systems Administrator will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with third-party suppliers.

Key Skills as HR Systems Administrator:

  • Demonstrable experience with Workday and UKG (Kronos) platforms/software.
  • Experience in developing and administrating creative forms and user groups, as well as workflow creation.
  • Excellent understanding of HR operations and processes.
  • A innovative and progressive approach to HR process optimisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
