Job Description
Ealing Council is looking to recruit a HR System Analyst (iTrent) who has application support skills across MHR iTrent and Business Objects.
Ideally you will have experience with application support for HR/Payroll systems, preferably iTrent but if you have comprehensive system expertise in another HRIS system, you will be considered for this role also. This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to be on site a minimum of three days a week.
The primary objective of this Systems Analyst (Business Systems) role is to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of modern technology-based solutions to ensure the efficient operation of the Council’s HR and Payroll processes. This position is responsible for operationalising the Council’s HRIS systems, including managing system elements such as accounts, workflows, and integrations while providing multi-level system support across the organisation.
