HR Systems Administrator - Rochdale / Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced administrator with a keen interest in HR? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team, based in Rochdale with hybrid working available.

We are on the search for an organised and pro-active HR Systems Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. In this vital role, you will be reporting into the Lead HR Systems Advisor, you will be a key contact for staff queries as well as tracking and recording information appropriately.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day HR admin tasks including holiday amendments, system updates, and line management changes
  • Processing contract amendments within the HRIS and issuing updated contractual documentation
  • Administering family-friendly processes including maternity and paternity leave
  • Responding to initial queries via the Group HR mailbox
  • Coordinating the visa expiry and renewal process and liaising with the Vetting team
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating our central HR database
  • Setting up new starter profiles and portal accounts in the HRIS
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly HR reports such as absence and attrition
  • Supporting the employee leaver process, including issuing leaver letters
  • Handling employment and tenancy reference requests
  • Providing general support on ad-hoc HR projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in HR administration and working with an HRIS
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Comfortable using and updating database systems
