Join NHS Tayside as an HR & OD Systems Administrator, where you will support crucial human resources systems within the Workforce Systems Team. This permanent position based at Ninewells Hospital requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, as you help streamline processes that impact healthcare staff. You will work Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, within a supportive team environment. Suitable candidates will hold a relevant diploma or equivalent experience and will receive training on the systems in use.

Applications are invited for a post within the Workforce Systems Team for an HR & OD Systems Administrator, Band 4, based in MacKenzie Building, Ninewells Hospital.

The postholder will support the administration of these national Workforce systems:

  • eESS (Electronic Employee Support System) - NHS Scotland HR system based on Oracle eBusiness Suite.
  • TURAS Appraisal - application for recording appraisal information of Health and Care staff.
  • JobTrain - national digital recruitment system for NHS Scotland.
  • iMatter - tool for administering staff experience surveys.

Applicants should be educated to diploma level in a subject relevant to systems administration or have equivalent experience. Training will be provided on the systems in use as required.

The ability to identify errors or problems and work towards resolution, maintain high standards of accuracy, possess good communication skills, and work as part of a team are essential.
