NHS Scotland is seeking an HR & OD Systems Administrator to support the administration of national workforce systems. The role, based in Dundee, calls for qualified candidates with strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills. The successful applicant will collaborate effectively within the Workforce Systems Team and ensure the smooth operation of systems critical to health services.

Applications are invited for a post within the Workforce Systems Team for an HR & OD Systems Administrator, Band 4, based in MacKenzie Building, Ninewells Hospital.
The postholder will support the administration of these national Workforce systems;
Applicants should be educated to diploma level in a subject relevant to systems administration or have equivalent knowledge gained through experience in systems administration. Training will be provided on the systems in use as required.
The ability to identify errors or problems and work to resolution will be required in addition to the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy. The postholder will also possess good communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team.
