This role requires expertise in HR Information Systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. The right candidate will work closely with the HR, IT, and Finance teams to provide strategic insights and enhance decision-making processes. Strong leadership and experience in professional services are essential.
This incredibly impressive, successful and international Law Firm is looking for an experienced HR Information Management professional to join its highly-regarded HR Team.
The HR Systems and MI Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the Firm’s HR system and delivering insightful management information (MI) to support strategic decision-making within the Firm. This role involves ensuring the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities. The role holder will work closely with HR, IT and Finance teams, to ensure the right solutions and processes are in place to support the evolving needs of the business.
There is line management responsibility of a Systems Analyst and a Reporting and MI Analyst. The role reports into our Head of HR Policy & Services.
To apply you will need a proven track record in managing HR Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, proven experience in HR systems management and MI delivery, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, and have experience of leading HR systems
