Job description

We’re looking for a People System Project Specialist to join us in Bradford or Reading on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery and ongoing assistance across our HR systems platforms. Sitting within the People Systems Team, you will work with the HR Systems Manager, ensuring governance processes are followed for system, process, and project activities.

What will you be doing?
  1. Respond to specialist customer queries and data issues, following them through to resolution.
  2. Provide expertise on Oracle Fusion modules and other HR systems.
  3. Collaborate with People Operations/Oracle ERP teams to prioritize system enhancements.
  4. Write UAT test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
  5. Maintain governance documentation, including change impact and business continuity plans.
  6. Support cyclical projects by identifying and managing system impacts.
  7. Contribute to the systems roadmap development.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HR Fusion modules.
  • Experience in reporting, planning, and strategic delivery.
  • Experience managing strategic projects and programs.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
