Overview

Part time position - 23 - 25hrs per week (Monday to Friday). Our expanding engineering business is currently offering numerous exciting opportunities for prospective employees. We are currently seeking a hardworking and resourceful HR Support Assistant. You will be required to work extensively supporting our HR Administrator and build a relationship with Senior Management and Directors, helping to produce reports as required.

Key responsibilities
  • Support in maintaining the company car log, keeping records up to date
  • Support in maintaining the company car fleet including obtaining quotes for new vehicles, fleet insurance
  • Support in maintaining holiday for employees and keeping records up to date
  • Support in maintaining sickness records
  • Assist with processing employee healthcare invites and claims when applicable
  • Supporting & assisting with the annual Personal Development Review (PDR Appraisals) process along with pay reviews for all employees
  • Assist with offboarding processes
  • Assist with organising social events & liaising with social champions
  • Support organising and championing Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR days)
  • Assist with completing pre-employment new starter checks, utilising Experian for background/DBS checks
  • Any other administration tasks
What we are looking for

Full and comprehensive training will be provided, however, applicants should possess the following:

  • Comprehensive Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience in an administration role required
  • Good communication skills and reliable
  • Fast learner, keen to gain experience and learn new packages
  • Have a fastidious attention to detail
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
