1.Primarily responsible for managing the overall performance of the team of HR Generalists.2.Responsible for a wide variety of HRBP functions such as performance management, organizationaldevelopment, labour/employee relations, and compensation.3.Support/lead HR project teams.4.Ensure that the recruiting, interviewing, qualification, and hiring of all screening officers are conductedin accordance with established policy and in a cost-effective manner.5.OtherHR tasks as signed by the management.
