Job summary

A leading HR service provider in England is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the performance of a team of HR Generalists. The role involves leading HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment processes, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of management experience in HR and is proficient in both Mandarin and English. This is a full-time or part-time position with a focus on team performance and HR operations.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for managing the overall performance of the team of HR Generalists.
• Responsible for a wide variety of HRBP functions such as performance management, organizational development, labour/employee relations, and compensation.
• Support/lead HR project teams.
• Ensure that the recruiting, interviewing, qualification, and hiring of all screening officers are conducted in accordance with established policy and in a cost-effective manner.
• Other HR tasks as signed by the management.

About you

• Bachelor degree or above, administrative management or HRM related majors preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of operation management and HR management experience
• Proficiency in basic office software including WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong team spirit and attention to details.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking would be an advantage.
