Job Description:
  • Monitor and report on monthly headcount and organizational structure.
  • Support recruitment processes and collaborate closely with hiring teams.
  • Assist in Annual HR Cycles such as performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions, bonus calculations, and budgeting.
  • Provide central support to the HR Manager and team across administrative and operational tasks.
  • Participate in HR projects including time management systems, policy reviews, and compliance monitoring.
  • Organize and manage employee benefits (e.g., Pluxee, birthday gifts, events).
  • Act as a contact person for employees.

Qualifications

  • University degree or commercial/business education in a relevant field.
