Job Description:
  • Monitor and report on monthlyheadcount and organizational structure.
  • Supportrecruitment processesand collaborate closely with hiring teams.
  • Assist inAnnual HR Cyclessuch as performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions, bonus calculations, and budgeting.
  • Providecentral supportto the HR Manager and team across administrative and operational tasks.
  • Participate inHR projectsincluding time management systems, policy reviews, and compliance monitoring.
  • Organize and manageemployee benefits (e.g., Pluxee, birthday gifts, events).
  • Act as acontact personfor employees.

Qualifications

  • University degree or commercial/business education in a relevant field.
  • Initial experience in a professional business or HR environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
