Job Description
This HR Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to hone your HR skills in a busy, people focussed environment.
- Provide comprehensive HR support across all departments.
- Manage end to end employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Manage recruitment activities, from job postings to onboarding.
- Advise managers on HR policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions for staff development.
- Maintain and update HR records and systems accurately.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency.
- Work closely with line managers to proactively support business decisions.
- Build strong relationships both online and face to face with management teams.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Specialist should have:
- A solid understanding of HR policies and employment law.
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
- Experience of managing a broad range of employee relations cases and providing HR advice.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Able to travel to other UK sites approximately once a week or bi-weekly.
