We are hiring for a HR Specialist to join us initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who takes initiative and can ‘hit the ground running’ by influencing, coaching, and providing feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency, managing employee relations (ER) cases, and role-modelling the company culture, values, and behaviours.
You will collaborate with the relevant HR Business Partner(s) in your business area to support and partner with Line Managers globally, providing HR advice, support, and guidance for all HR-related activities by applying your business knowledge to each unique situation. You will enjoy considerable flexibility and autonomy in your work, with excellent support across our HR community in a matrixed yet dynamic organisation.
Location: Milton Keynes/Chiswick, London; Hybrid pattern of roughly 1 day in the office per week, subject to business needs.
