Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern in Europe; Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your mission

• Serve as the point of contact for employees on approvals, social insurance, and time tracking
• Create and manage employment contracts collaboratively with HR partners
• Record illness and accident data, liaise with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system
• Plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees
• Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters
• Support payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
• Contribute to HR process creation and optimization
• Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, update employee information regularly
• Assist in HR projects and support the implementation of company strategy

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
• Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work approach
• Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori, and Personio
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• High IT affinity, especially for upcoming digitalization initiatives
• Excellent service orientation and ability to work within an international team
• Fluent in English and German
