This is a contract role which offers both PAYE and Umbrella hourly rates.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Specialist:

2. Collaborate with the Centres of Expertise to ensure two-way information flow and address business needs
3. Support resource planning, internal and external mobility, recruitment, and talent management
4. Coach and advise managers and employees on career development and people processes
5. Resolve employee relations issues within the company's policies and practices
