Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

• Point of contact for employees regarding approvals, social insurance, and time tracking
• Creation and management of employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners
• Recording illness and accident data, liaising with external parties, and maintaining the time tracking system
• Planning and executing the monthly Welcome Event for new employees
• Organizing exit interviews and preparing reference letters
• Supporting payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
• Contributing to the creation and optimization of HR processes
• Maintaining high quality and accuracy of HR data, including employee information updates
• Supporting HR projects and implementing company strategy

Your profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar HR role
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
• Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style
• Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori and Personio
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• High IT affinity for upcoming digitalization projects
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with an international team
• Proficiency in English and German
